Surf Dawgs Single-Game Tickets On Sale Now

SAN DIEGO - Single-game tickets are now on sale for all San Diego Surf Dawgs home games this season. The Dawgs will open the home portion of their regular season schedule on June 5, when they battle the Yuma Scorpions at 7:05 p.m. at Tony Gwynn Stadium. San Diego will play a single exhibition game on May 26 at Tony Gwynn, when they square off against the Military All-Stars for a 7:05 p.m. first pitch.
The promotional schedule for the defending Golden Baseball League champion Surf Dawgs includes Rickey Henderson Bobblehead Night for game two of a three-game set with the Fullerton Flyers on June 13. The first 500 fans into the stadium will receive a Rickey Henderson Bobblehead. Other promotions throughout the year include Travel Mug Night (June 24), Thunderstick Night (July 7), the inaugural Scooper Bowl (August 1 and 2) presented by Fresh Start Surgical Gifts and Family Fun Fest Day (August 1 and 2). More promotions are set to be announced.
The Family Fun Fest sponsored by Principal Financial Group on August 1 and 2 is a traveling event that features a minor league baseball museum with memorabilia and classic baseball films along with pitching machines, batting cages, slides and more for the kids.
Every Monday at the ballpark will be Military Monday's presented by KSON 97.3 FM and 92.1 FM. Military members will be able to buy one ticket and get another free with proper identification on all Military Monday's.
Throughout the season there will be three Dawg Days: June 11, July 9, and August 13. Fans will be able to bring their "dawgs" to the game (on a leash of course) and enjoy a day of baseball with their pets.
