Juliana Paoli joined the GBL as the Inaugural Season General Manager to assist in the organizational development and launch of the San Diego Surf Dawgs. Paoli built the San Diego team from the ground up, creating what is nationally recognized as the Surf Dawgs Brand and Experience. Under Juliana's management the team experienced much success including: winning the GBL Championship, Terry Kennedy named Manager of the Year, Nick Guerra named Rookie of the Year, Cody Clark named Championship MVP, obtaining 3rd for the overall league attendance record and most importantly bringing affordable family entertainment to the San Diego community.

"Creating the Surf Dawgs from conception was an incredibly rewarding experience, I am grateful that I was given the opportunity to touch people's lives night after night at Tony Gwynn Stadium," said Juliana Paoli, Surf Dawgs Inaugural Season General Manager. "I am saddened to leave the San Diego team and the Surf Dawg family, yet excited to move to a new market and have the opportunity to create another winning organization." Paoli went on to state, "I am thrilled for Jeff Grow to take over the team and am confident that he will lead the team to the next level. Jeff's knowledge and strong community ties are what will continue the success of the Surf Dawgs organization for years to come."

Jeff brings over 17 years of successful management experience at prominent national companies in the transportation, telecommunications, and energy industry and as an entrepreneur. Most recently, Jeff served as President and Founder of an industry-leading advertising management software company serving the media and publishing industry. Jeff holds a MBA from University of Portland and BS degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University. A native of Oregon, Jeff resides in San Diego, CA with his wife and three boys.

"I am grateful for the work Juliana Paoli did in creating this team especially building a brand in a Major Market, a feat that is certainly commendable," said Jeff Grow, Surf Dawgs General Manager. "I look forward to using my business experience to further integrate the Surf Dawgs into the San Diego community especially with the Corporate Sector. It's a great time to be getting involved with the team as we are coming off a great year, having won the league championship, manager of the year and rookie of the year honors. Part of why I was drawn to this position is because the Surf Dawgs' focus is on delivering a family-friendly, community-oriented product. We are an amazing resource for companies to use to market their products and we provide a great entertainment value. "
