Suns Announce All-You-Can-Eat Hall of Fame Ticket Package

HAGERSTOWN, MD - The Hagerstown Suns have unveiled a new All-You-Can-Eat Hall of Fame Ticket Package for the 2009 season, which will be available for purchase through the Suns ticket office beginning Monday, March 9th.

Fans purchasing the package will receive tickets to the Suns' five most sought-after games of the season, including all four Suns Hall of Fame Giveaway nights. At each game, package-holders will be treated to an All-You-Can-Eat meal of unlimited hamburgers, hot dogs and chicken sandwiches with all the trimmings, in addition to bottomless refills of soda and water.

The exciting new packages start at just $39 for General Admission tickets to all five All-You-Can-Eat Hall of Fame games, a savings of almost one hundred dollars off the package's $137 value. VIP packages - a value of $147 - will be sold for only $49.

"We truly think we have created a ticket package that it would be impossible for any Suns fan - or any baseball fan, for that matter - to turn down," team president Bob Flannery said. "We are looking forward to feeling the excitement at the ballpark this season as our fans enjoy the ultimate ballpark-going experience."

In addition to their tickets and All-You-Can-Eat feasts, fans purchasing the plan will receive a host of fantastic gifts, compliments of the Suns. With each plan, fans will receive a free Suns souvenir cap and t-shirt, as well as a free ticket to the exclusive "Meet the Suns" Preseason Party.

Package-holders will also have the opportunity to receive the special Hall of Fame giveaways that will be handed out during the plan's four Hall of Fame Games. As each member of the Suns' inaugural Hall of Fame class is inducted, commemorative bronzed statuettes of that former Sun will be given out to fans attending that night's game.

The Hall of Fame nights that will be a part of the All-You-Can-Eat Hall of Fame package will be Grady Little Giveaway Night on Saturday, May 23rd, Mat Cain Giveaway Night on Saturday, June 6th, Vernon Wells Giveway Night on Saturday, Mike Mussina Giveaway Night on Saturday, August 1st, and Vernon Wells Giveaway Night on Saturday, August 29th. The fifth game of the package actually comes first on the Suns' schedule: Opening Day, Monday April 13th.

With the announcement, the Suns have also decided to extend the Early Buyer Season Ticket Deadline to April 1st. So, Suns fans still have a chance to purchase season tickets at a reduced rate through the end of March.
