Sundogs Formally Introduce Consolidated Sports Holdings

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - The Arizona Sundogs of the Central Hockey League formally introduced the Club's new ownership group, Consolidated Sports Holdings (USA), Inc., to fans and members of the media Thursday afternoon at Tim's Toyota Center.

On hand for the event were Bill Yuill, Chairman and CEO of The Monarch Corporation, parent company of Consolidated Sports Holdings (USA), Inc., and Terry Thom, Vice President of Consolidated Sports Holdings (USA), Inc. Yuill serves as Governor of the Arizona Sundogs while Thom serves as Alternate Governor.

"We're pleased to have become part of the Sundogs family, an organization rich with a tradition of winning established in two short seasons," stated Yuill. "We've heard only good things about Northern Arizona and the fans that have overwhelmingly supported the Sundogs from the beginning and we're looking forward to experiencing both first-hand tomorrow night."

Arizona Sundogs Head Coach and General Manager Marco Pietroniro, President Steve Cherwonak and Central Hockey League Commissioner Duane Lewis were also in attendance for the introductory event.

"The Central Hockey League is proud to welcome Consolidated Sports Holding (USA), Inc. to the CHL family," added CHL Commissioner Duane Lewis. "Their well-established success parallels the standards and success set and achieved by the Arizona Sundogs organization since their inception."

Yuill and Thom will remain in Prescott Valley as the Sundogs take on the Colorado Eagles Friday night at 7:05pm. It will be Colorado's first trip to Arizona since the 2008 Ray Miron President's Cup Finals.
