
Street Wolves Pound The Asphalt On Saturday

BILOXI, MS - The first Street Wolves summer hockey clinic hits the pavement this Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Rouse's Food Market at Cowan and Pass Roads in Gulfport.
The Street Wolves clinics will feature a traveling street hockey rink that will make 18 stops at retail and municipal complexes in the region in June and July. At the Street Wolves clinics, Sea Wolves players and coaches will teach a variety of basic hockey skills, and then divide the participants up into teams for scrimmages. The clinics are free of charge and open to boys and girls ages six to sixteen.
The Sea Wolves will provide sticks, pucks, helmets, colored jerseys, goalie equipment, and water for attendees' use at each Street Wolves clinic. Roller skates are not permitted.
Other Street Wolves clinics will be conducted at the Ken Combs Pier in Gulfport on June 23, Prime Outlets in Gulfport on June 26 and July 16, the Donal Snyder Community Center on June 24 and July 14, Crossroads Shopping Center in Gulfport on July 10, July 17, and July 24, the Gay-Lemon Complex in Ocean Springs on June 25, July 11, and July 25, at North Woolmarket Elementary School on June 27, the Harrison County Skate Park in Gulfport on June 30 and July 31, and Singing River Mall in Gautier on July 8, July 22, and July 29. Each event will run from 10:00 a.m. until noon.
Additionally, the Sea Wolves will appear at the 2008 Coast Coliseum Summer Fair where they will sell merchandise that has been previously unavailable to the public. The team will also have game worn gear, including game worn jerseys, available for sale. The Coast Coliseum Summer Fair will run from Thursday, June 5th through Sunday, June 15th.
