Tormenta assistant coach Jorge Valle talked about the team. "I'm really excited about the idea behind Tormenta. This is a great opportunity for the Hispanic community. On Wednesday we held the tryouts and we were really impressed with the number of players that showed up and we are still receiving phone calls from players that couldn't make the tryouts. Now we have a group of 20 guys out of more than a hundred that will be representing the team. We chose talented players and I'm confident that it is going to be a really competitive team, with a real bright future."
