Storm to Hold Anthem Tryouts

Lake Elsinore, CA March 20, 2007 - With the 2007 season only a few weeks away, the Lake Elsinore Storm will hold an open casting call for National Anthem singers at The Diamond this Saturday, March 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The Storm have 70 dates to fill with National Anthem singers with their home opener scheduled for Thursday, April 12. Auditions will be held on the field and singers will be asked to perform the song a cappella in its entirety. Anyone eight years and older is welcome and instrumentalists or vocal groups are also encouraged to audition. Individuals who have previously performed at Storm games need not audition and may contact the Storm directly if interested in performing during the upcoming season.

Individual game tickets are now on sale for the upcoming season, so make plans to visit The Diamond and reserve your seats today. Tickets can be purchased at the Storm ticket office, over the phone, or online at www.stormbaseball.com. Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Storm ticket office will also be open 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. every Saturday leading up to Opening Day on April 12.
