
Storm Set To Host Blizzard

Sioux Falls, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm (10-1) will host the Green Bay Blizzard (3-8) in a week twelve clash for a Salute to Military Night. Dakotaland Autoglass will be the game's sponsor .
The team's annual Salute to Military Night will host many activities in-and-around the game that honors local veterans and active duty members of the military. All military personnel active and retired will receive a free ticket and can purchase unlimited $5 tickets for family and friends.
The Storm defeated the Empire, 63-50 at the Storm Shelter last weekend. In that game, Lorenzo brown finished the game with 140 yards, five touchdowns, and one interception, as well as 49 rushing yards, and one touchdown. Mike Tatum finished with 49 rushing yards and one touchdown, 24 receiving yards and one touchdown. Brandon Johnson-Farrell ended with 38 rushing yards and one touchdown. Korey Williams had 20 rushing yards and one touchdown. Caleb Holley caught six passes for 110 yards and scored four touchdowns. The Storm defense tailed 55 tackles, four interceptions and three pass break-ups.
For the Blizzard, the team is hoping to redeem themselves after a 36-12 loss against the Cedar Rapids Titans on May 13th. In that game, quarterback Matt Behrendt finished with 60 yards, two touchdowns, one interception, and 13 rushing yards. Wide receiver Markeith Summers had 33 receiving yards and one touchdown. Running back Chevelle Buje ended with 18 receiving yards and one touchdown. The Blizzard defense finished with 34 tackles.
