Storm Seek Bounce Back Win Tonight against Force

Kearney, NE. - The Tri-City Storm seek a bounce back victory tonight against the Fargo Force following last night's 5-2 home loss at the Viaero Center. Kieran Cebrian and Mark Estapa scored Tri-City's only goals in the loss. Tickets are still available for tonight's game but are selling fast. Tri-City (2-2-0-0) dropped its first home game of the season last night in a three-goal loss to Fargo. Despite the loss, the Storm remain the 2nd place team in the USHL's Western Conference standings. Through the first four games of the 2020-2021 regular season, Carter Mazur (2), Hunter Strand (2), Mark Estapa (2), Victor Czerneckianair, Cole McWard, Kieran Cebrian, Morgan Winters and Matthew Knies have scored goals for the Storm. Tri-City's power-play is currently ranked 7th best in the USHL at 13.6%, and the Storm's penalty kill is ranked 2nd best in the league at 92.9%. With next weekend's road game against Lincoln being postponed, Tri-City will return to action following tonight's game on Friday, December 4th in a home game against the Omaha Lancers.

Fargo (3-0-0-0) enters tonight's game as the USHL's only undefeated team (of teams who have played at least 1 game this season). Tristan Broz, Ryan Siedem, Jake Braccini (2), and Nick Strom scored in last night's 5-2 road win over Tri-City. Brennan Boynton made 28 saves on 30 shots to record the win in net. Fargo's power play is ranked 8th in the USHL this season at 11.1% with only one power-play goal scored. The Force's penalty kill is currently 3rd best in the league at 90.0%. A win tonight would keep Fargo atop the USHL league standings entering tomorrow afternoon's road game against the Omaha Lancers.

A limited amount of tickets are available for tonight's game against Fargo and seating capacity at the Viaero Center will be limited to 25%. Fans wishing to attend the games are strongly encouraged to purchased tickets online or at the Viaero Center Box Office prior to the game. Masks are required to enter the arena, while walking on the concourse, in the restrooms, and while in line at the concession stands. Although masks are not required once you are sitting down in the seats, the Tri-City Storm & the Viaero Center strongly recommend masks are worn while seated. $5 Kids Tickets are available with the purchase of an adult ticket. Drink specials at the game will include; $2 bottles of Coca-Cola, Diet Coca-Cola, and Water. A new Storm Swirl Frozen Margarita served in a souvenir cup will also be available for purchase at tonight's game.
