Storm Playoff Games to Be Televised

July 18, 2007 - United Indoor Football Association (UIF) News Release


Sioux Falls, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm of United Indoor Football (UIF) have partnered with KELO-TV to televise the Storm's playoff games for the second year in a row. The games will be LIVE on KELO's "sister station" UTV. The broadcasts are made possible by Baete Forseth, Coleman Heating and Cooling, and Waterbury Heating and Cooling.

UTV can be seen on cable channel 10 in most cities in South Dakota and southwest Minnesota. UTV is also broadcast in northwest Iowa. To find the station in your area, check out www.my-utv.com.

The telecasts get started Saturday as the Storm battle the Colorado Ice at 7 p.m. Should the Storm win, they would play at 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 29 and United Bowl III will be televised starting at 7 p.m. on Saturday, August 4. Play-by-play duties this year will be handled by KELO Sports Director Jay Elsen.

Tickets are available for both the first-round playoff game and the Western Conference Championship game. Fans can stop by the Sioux Falls Arena, 1201 N. West Avenue, or visit ticketmaster.com to purchase tickets to either game. United Bowl III tickets will go on sale Saturday morning starting at 10 a.m.
