The Sioux Falls Storm will go into their home opener against the Billings Outlaws 2-0, after a second straight road win against the Wichita Wild. The Storm won the game 43 - 34.

"We are 2-0 and improving with each game", said Storm Head Coach Kurtiss Riggs.

Terrance Bryant had another impressive night completing 17 passes for 190 yards and 4 touchdowns, and rushed for another TD off a quarterback draw. His two favorite targets for the night were Dusty Hovorka, who had 4 receptions for 93 yards and one touchdown, and James Terry who had 6 receptions for 48 yards and two touchdowns. The Storm "Lightning Strike" offense compiled 226 yards total offense for the night.

The "Thunder Defense" held the Wild to 174 yards. Mark Blackburn lead with 8 tackles and 5 assists, and TJ Simmons finished the night with six tackles and two assists. The Storm secondary looked much improved. The Storm D-Line also had an impressive night racking up 4 sacks on Wichita quarterback Dixie Wooten.

"Anytime you open the season with two divisional road wins, you are off to a strong start," said Storm Owner, Todd Tryon.
