
Storm Face Rattlers in Week Six Battle

SIOUX FALLS, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm (4-0) will face the Arizona Rattlers (3-0) in a week six battle. Kickoff is set for 5:05 PM (CST) on Sunday March 31st in Arizona.
The Storm look to build momentum off a 66-52 win over the Quad City Steamwheelers. In that game, Storm quarterback Lorenzo Brown completed 12 passes for 160 yards and four touchdowns, he also had 83 rushing yards and six touchdowns. Running back Darrian Miller had 44 rushing yards. Wide receivers Damian Ford had 77 yards and three touchdowns and Brandon Sheperd had 65 yards and one touchdown. Kicker Miles Bergner made six extra points. Defensive back Matt McKoy lead the Thunder Defense with eight tackles including one tackle for loss. Defensive linemen Charles Williams had one tackle for loss and Malcolm Goines had one pass break-up. Defensive back Tre Dickerson had one pass break-up.
The Rattlers look to continue a strong start to the season after coming off a bye week. The Rattlers defeated the Tucson Sugar Skulls 63-28 on March 16. In that game, quarterback Verlon Reed Jr. completed seven passes for 121 yards and three touchdowns, he also had 33 rushing yards and two touchdowns. Running back Jabre Lolley had 61 rushing yards and two touchdowns, he also had 40 receiving yards and one touchdown. Wide receivers Dezmin Epps and Markis Sumpter each had one touchdown. The Rattlers defense tallied 44 tackles, two sacks, four tackles for loss, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, six pass break-ups and one block.
