Storm Face off against the Steamwheelers

SIOUX FALLS, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm travel to Moline, IL to face off for the second time this season against the Quad City Steamwheelers. Kickoff will be at 7:05 PM on Friday, April 8.

The last time these teams played each other was in Week One where the Storm defeated Quad City 35-24. Since that contest, Quad City is 1-2 on the season and the Storm is 2-1.

The Storm look to get back in the win column after their loss to the Iowa Barnstormers on March 28, 45-31. In that game, Tasleem Wilson finished the game with 131 yards, a passing and rushing touchdown, one interception and had 12 completed passes. Nate Chavious had 23 rushing yards on nine attempts and had one touchdown. Wide receiver Kahliq Muhammad had seven catches for 92 yards and one touchdown. Marquis Hendrix led the defense with five tackles and 1.5 sacks. Keonte Chavies also had five tackles and a sack.

Quad City also comes off a 25-36 loss against the Massachusetts Pirates on Sunday. Quarterback Aaron Aiken had eight completed passes for 92 yards, 35 rushing yards, one touchdown and one interception. Running back Kerrion Moore had 76 receiving yards. Isaiah Grice and Jevaughn Codlin each had one receiving touchdown. Codlin also had seven tackles. Naquez Pringle on the defensive line had one sack for a loss of five yards.
