Before playing at Bemidji State, Brewer spent two seasons at Rainey River Community College in Minnesota.

Storm President Colin Steen says, "We feel fortunate that our veteran players continue to want to play and help us defend our title. We have high expectations for both Corey and Roy on and off the field. Both were rookies to our team in 2006, so coming into the 2007 season, I see both of them competing for starting positions."
