Birch Run, MI (March 1, 2005) â With the 123-108 (7.0, 1.0) victory over the Mayhem last night, the Storm secured a spot in the 2005 CBA Playoffs. They are currently in first place in the Eastern Conference and will play either the Rockford Lightning or Gary Steelheads in the first round. The playoffs consist of two rounds, best-of-five series. The winners of the Conference Finals will meet in the CBA Finals for a chance to be crowned CBA Champions. The Storm could play a maximum of six home games in the postseason.
