
Storm Chasers' Marathon 'Four Day Frenzy' Revealed

OMAHA, Neb. - With Kansas City Royals pitchers and catchers reporting to Spring Training soon, the Storm Chasers are ramping up for the 2016 campaign at Werner Park with "Four Day Frenzy". Fun and exciting activities and promotions for fans will take place at Werner Park throughout the week from February 15-18.
The team's front office will also be working 84 consecutive hours from 8 a.m. on Monday, February 15 until 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 18 as they prepare for the upcoming Fifth Anniversary Season at Werner Park. The 84 hours over three days is in tribute to 2015 Storm Chasers outfielder Jose Martinez's modern-day Pacific Coast League record batting average of .384 that was set last year.
Each morning Monday through Thursday of that week will kick off with free coffee and donuts at the Storm Front Team Store, lasting from 8-10 a.m., in addition to exclusive in-store discounts on different items every day. Special activities and daily promotions will also be featured at Werner Park throughout the week each evening in the VIP Club, including the introduction of Tall Boy Tuesday, along with Werner Park staples Wiener Wednesday and Thirsty Thursday.
The Storm Chasers and Spectra Food Services & Hospitality will also be hosting their annual Job Fair at Werner Park to search for qualified candidates to work part-time at the ballpark during the 2016 season. In honor of Royals pitchers and catchers officially reporting to Spring Training in Surprise, Arizona on Thursday, a Spring Training Skills Competition will take place at Werner Park from 6-8 p.m.. The skills competition will be open to kids aged 5-12, with limited registration online by clicking here: http://atmilb.com/1L0Uqmc.
The "Four Day Frenzy" will also offer special ticket discounts for the 2016 campaign, which will include $5 dollar box seats for Tuesday evening home games, as well as special bonus gifts to those who purchase 16-game, 24-game and 36-game ticket packages, on Tuesday, February 16.
Members of the Storm Chasers front office will be out volunteering in the community as part of a Chasers Charities Community Day on Wednesday, serving lunch at Open Door Mission that day, as well as dinner at the Ronald McDonald House. For each ticket package sold on that day, $3.84 will also be donated to Chasers Charities.
