Storm Add DB, Place Two on IR

TAMPA BAY - The Tampa Bay Storm added defensive back Erick Harris to the roster and placed defensive lineman Eugene Kinlaw and fullback/defensive lineman Wondell Rutledge on injured reserve, announced vice president of football operations Jeff Gooch.

Harris (6-foot-0, 213 lbs., Liberty) joins the Storm adding depth to the defensive backfield. He spent four games with the Kansas City Command earlier this season after having appeared in 11 games with the Command in 2011. Harris has also spent time with the Cleveland Gladiators and the Grand Rapids Rampage in the AFL. Prior to playing in the AFL he spent two seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs (2007-08) after joining the Philadelphia Eagles in 2006.

Kinlaw (6-3, 300, Troy) has appeared in three games and recorded eight tackles, two for a loss and a sack. Rutledge (6-2, 325, Toledo) has played in eight games and lined up both on offense and defense. Rutledge has scored one touchdown this season on a fumble recovery. Both players will remain on injured reserve for a minimum of four weeks.

The team also place defensive back Rod Mosley (5-11, 185, Texas A&M-Kingsville) on reassignment.
