
Stingers Return for 3 Game Home Stretch

EDMONTON, AB- The Edmonton Stingers of the CEBL return to the EXPO Centre tomorrow, June 8th, to take on the Montreal Alliance. The Stingers swept their two game road trip against the Newfoundland Growlers and the Niagara River Lions, taking down the latter Monday night after dropping their home opener to the River Lions back on May 27th. Currently sitting at 3-1 on the season, the Stingers are tied for the best record in the CEBL.
After their June 8th matchup with Montreal, the first meeting between these two franchises, the Stingers will play host to the Scarborough Shooting Stars on June 12th and their Western rivals the Fraser Valley Bandits on June 15th. After that, the Stingers will head on a 4 game road trip starting with a visit to Saskatchewan to take on the Rattlers on June 17th.
