ORLANDO, FLA -- The Orlando Starz remained winless Saturday as Miami's Natasha Moore rushed for 163 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Fury to an Independent Women's Football League victory at Dr. Phillips High School.
Anoka Dixon added 45 yards and a touchdown as the Fury (4-0) defeated the Starz (0-5) for the second time this season.
Despite moving the ball three times inside the Miami 30, Orlando struggled offensively, giving up five turnovers, including four interceptions.
Joey Cafaso had 32 yards rushing for the Starz, while backup QB Chrsitine Shaw added 23. On defense, Andrea Jones had seven tackles, Jana Vanderloop five tackles and a fumble recovery, Laurie Aversano five tackles and a sack.
The two teams will meet again next Saturday at 5 p.m.
