Star Wars Game Special Uniform Auction Will Benefit TOPS Soccer on Saturday

LAKELAND, Fla. -- When the Florida Tropics host the St. Louis Ambush in its annual Star Wars game this Saturday, there's going to be more than just one winner.
That's because specially designed uniforms the Tropics will wear will be available for auction immediately after the game, with proceeds going to benefit TOPSoccer. in Florida
US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association volunteers. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, who has a mental or physical disability. The goal of the program is to enable the thousands of young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the US Youth Soccer family.
Saturday's game is being sponsored by Florida Polytechnic Institute, and kicks off at 5:05 p.m. Thanks to Florida Poly and Lakeland Electric, tickets for youngsters 16 and under are free for Saturday's Eastern Conference showdown.
