Stamps travel to Montreal for tilt with Als

The Calgary Stampeders will travel to Montreal to face the Alouettes on Oct. 12. Kickoff is set for 11 a.m. (MDT) at Molson Stadium.

The Stamps hosted Hamilton in Week 14 and defeated the Tiger-Cats 15-14. The Red and White are 8-5 and first in the West Division. Calgary is 3-3 on the road this season and is 4-3 against East Division opponents.

The Als traveled to Toronto last week and knocked off the Argonauts 27-8. With the victory, Montreal improved to 11-2 and clinched the East Division for the second consecutive season. The Alouettes are 6-0 at home in 2009 and are 5-2 against Western opposition.

The Als upended the Stamps 40-27 in Calgary on July 1 and this is their final meeting of 2009.
