Stampede host Gamblers Sunday at SF Arena

The Sioux Falls Stampede (31-12-2) return home to the Sioux Falls Arena to face the Green Bay Gamblers this Sunday at 5:05 PM. Tickets are available through the Sioux Falls Arena Box Office or any Ticketmaster location.

The Stampede are 19-5-0 at home this season.

Record setting crowd watches Stampede blast Lincoln

A record crowd of 4,788 watched the Stampede top Lincoln 6-1 last Saturday during the 6th annual Sioux Nation Pet Clinic "Wiener Dog Races."

That broke the previous record of 4,764 that was set in 2006 during Game 5 of the Clark Cup Finals vs Des Moines. Thank you fans for your outstanding support!

Watch Forgione's diving goal

Stampede forward Thomas Forgione scored a highlight reel goal on Saturday night against Lincoln when he dove and knocked the puck over the Lincoln goaltender and into the back of the net. It is the Sauce Hockey "Highlight of the Week."

Penny wins Wiener Dog Race by a nose

In the closest finish in franchise history, "Penny" just edged out "Lucy" during the championship race of the 6th Annual Sioux Nation Pet Clini c "Wiener Dog Races" on Saturday. The judges needed to go to video replay, but Penny was determined the winner by literally a nose!

Hartzell breaks Quinnipiac's single-season win record

Former Stampede netminder Eric Hartzell broke Quinnipiac's single-season win record when he recorded his 22nd victory of the season on Saturday when he stopped 28 shots in a 2-1 win over Clarkson.

Hartzell has helped guide the Bobcats to the #1 ranking in college hockey and to their first ever ECAC Hockey Regular Season Championship.
