Military Night this Saturday at 4 PM!
The red hot Sioux Falls Stampede (4-2-0) return home on Saturday when they host the Youngstown Phantoms in a special 4:05 PM start time. The Stampede are coming off a weekend sweep at the arena and have now won four straight games. It is also Military Night with the Herd who will be honoring all branches of the military at the game.
Military members can purchase tickets at just $5 each by simply showing their military ID at the door. The Stampede will pay special tribute to military members just prior to the puck drop.
Stampede rally towel giveaway on Saturday
The first 1,000 fans through the doors this Saturday when the Herd host Youngstown will receive a FREE Stampede rally towel! Make plans to arrive early to assure yourself a towel. Doors open at 3:15 and the drop of the puck is scheduled for 4:05 PM.
Important Parking Information for Saturday
For fans traveling to the game on Saturday, the Stampede would like you to be aware of the parking situation on that day. There will be multiple events taking place so we encourage you to arrive early to give yourself extra time.
Fans are encouraged to park on the North end in Parking Lot "E" and enter through the Convention Center doors. Parking Lot "D" will also be open to the public. Lot "A" will likely be full due to the Etc. For Her Women's Expo. Additional spots in Lot "B" will made available starting at 3:30 PM for Stampede fans.
Additional parking will also be available next to McCart Field for fans on game day. Click here to view a parking map of the arena so you can plan ahead of time.
Stampede Sweep at Home
The Stampede extended their winning streak to four games over the weekend with wins over Indiana and Fargo at the arena.
On Friday, four different players scored goals while Charlie Lindgren stopped 23 shots in goal to lead the Stampede to a 4-2 victory over Indiana. On Saturday, Sam Rothstein recorded two goals and two assists and R.J. Majkozak tallied the game winner in overtime as Sioux Falls topped Fargo, 6-5 .
Stampede Did You Know????
* The Stampede are tied with Waterloo for most powerplay goals in the league with 6. The Herd rank fourth overall with the man advantage, clicking at 19.4%.
* Kyle Schempp tallied the Herd's first shorthanded goal of the season on Friday in a 4-2 win over Indiana.
* Ryan Siiro has tallied a point in five straight games.
* Sam Rothstein recorded five points (3g, 2a) and was a +4 in two games this past weekend. He is tied with Kyle Schempp for most points on the team with 7.
* 13 players on the Stampede roster have tallied at least one goal through the first six games of the season.
* The Stampede are 3-0-0 when leading after two periods so far this season.
* Including Saturday, the Herd will play 12 of their next 14 games at the Sioux Falls Arena. The Stampede are a perfect 3-0-0 at home this season.

Stampede home for two games next weekend
Make plans to be at the Sioux Falls Arena next Friday and Saturday as the Herd host Sioux City and Tri-City. Game times are 7:05 PM each night. On Saturday, the first 1,000 fans through the doors will receive a pair of Stampede Thunderstix! Get your tickets at the Arena Box Office!
Pink in the Rink Night set for Nov. 10
Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 10th and "Pink in the Rink Night," presented by Avera. This is a game you won't want to miss! The Stampede and Avera are teaming up for a special Breast Cancer awareness night. The first 1,000 fans through the doors will receive a FREE Stampede cowbell, courtesy of Avera!
The Stampede players will be wearing special PINK jerseys that fans can win through a special raffle drawing! The highlight of the night will be on the ice, literally! For the first time ever, the Sioux Falls Arena ice will be PINK!
Don't miss "Pink in the Rink Night," presented by Avera on Saturday, November 10th at 7:05 PM when the Stampede host the Lincoln Stars.
