
Stampede Trade Forward Mansfield to NAHL

Sioux Falls, SD-The Sioux Falls Stampede announced on Friday that forward Ian Mansfield has been traded to the Odessa Jackalopes of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) for future considerations.
Mansfield missed the beginning of year due to off-season surgery and appeared in three games with the Stampede this year, posting four penalty minutes. The Lakewood, CO native spent the previous two seasons with the Stampede, tallying 22 points in 88 career games.
The Stampede organization would like to wish Mansfield the best of luck in his future hockey endeavors.
The Herd return to action tonight at the Sioux Falls Arena when they host the Indiana Ice at 7:05 PM. Tickets are available through the Sioux Falls Arena Box Office or any Ticketmaster location. Tomorrow night, the Stampede entertains the Fargo Force at 7:05 PM. Fans who bring a frozen turkey to the game on Saturday will receive two tickets to the game to watch the Herd face the Force. All turkeys will be donated to Feeding South Dakota for Thanksgiving.
