Despite adverse weather conditions, the Express had about 25 athletes vie for a position on the training camp roster for the 2007 season. The team signed 7 individuals to come into training camp towards the end of March.
The first of the signees Quinton Morgan is not a stranger to San Angelo as he joined the Express team in the middle of the 2006 season.
