Sioux Falls, S.D. - The Sioux Falls Stampede announced Thursday their main promotions schedule and single-game ticket on-sale date for the 2019-20 season. The schedule includes classic, annual events including the Home Opener, Pink in the Rink, Ugly Christmas Sweater Night, 13th Annual Wiener Dog Races and Take My Jersey Night.

Single-game tickets for the 2019-20 season will go on sale this Tuesday, September 3 at 10 a.m. CT. Fans can order online or visit the KELOLAND Box Office M-F 10-5 p.m. Fans can also stop by the Stampede office located inside the Birdcage for any ticketing needs.

The Herd will open the 2019-20 home schedule celebrating their 2019 Clark Cup Championship with a banner-raising ceremony on Saturday, October 5 against the Lincoln Stars. The first 1,000 fans will receive a commemorative championship item. Fans will also be able to take home a 2019-20 team magnetic schedule, compliments of Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital.

The team will host their annual Pink in Rink on Friday, October 25 against the Muskegon Lumberjacks. The ice will be dyed pink and the players will wear specialty themed jerseys honoring those who have battled or been affected by breast cancer. Jerseys will be raffled off during the game with proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society.

The club will honor the men and women of our armed forces during the annual Military Night on Saturday, November 11, presented by Royal River Casino. Players will be sporting special military themed jerseys during the game that will be available to fans through a live auction after the game to benefit Warriors Never Give Up.

Stampede players will be in the Christmas spirit on for the annual Ugly Christmas Sweat Night on Saturday, December 14 in partnership with The Salvation Army. Players will wear holiday themed jerseys and fans will have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction to take home a jersey of their choice, all benefitting The Salvation Army. Rounding out the month of December, fans can start their New Year's Eve celebrations early with the Stampede on Tuesday, December 31 at 6:05 p.m and join in for a post-game skate following the game.

Shortly after the new year, the team will take part in the 3rd annual Hockey Day South Dakota on Friday, January 4, celebrating hockey across the state of South Dakota.

The Sioux Falls Fighting Wiener Dogs return to the ice on Saturday, February 15 for the 13th Annual Sioux Nation Pet Clinic Wiener Dog Races. The biggest event of the year will see 40 dachshunds race across the ice where one will be crowned championship. Fans will also see the return of wiener dog themed specialty jerseys to be auctioned off after the game to benefit Dakota Dachshund Rescue.

For the second year in a row, the Stampede will host a game on St. Patrick's Day, Tuesday, March 17, dawning St. Patrick's Day themed jerseys. Fans will have a chance to take home one of the jerseys through a special raffle during the game.

Rounding out the season, the Herd will host their annual Take My Jersey Night at the final game of the 2019-20 regular season against the Fargo Force on Saturday, April 18. The team will be wearing their third-alternate jerseys and fans will have the opportunity to take part in an arena-wide raffle to take home a jersey and meet the players on the ice after the game. Proceeds will benefit the Make-A-Wish South Dakota.

Fans can also enjoy a post-game skating party with their favorite players and collect autographs on the ice after the games on October 26, November 17, December 31, January 18 and April 18.

Stampede players report to Sioux Falls officially on Monday with the first practice taking place on Tuesday. The Herd will host Fargo in a preseason game on Friday, September 20 at the Scheels IcePlex. For more information visit sfstampede.com.
