St. Louis, Mo. - The St. Louis Battlehawks and St. Louis Area Foodbank today announced a partnership between the two organizations to provide access to nutritious food and provide assistance in the fight against hunger.

The collaboration will include food collection stations inside the Dome at America's Center before each of the St. Louis Battlehawks home games in 2024.
"We're excited to partner with the XFL Battlehawks to bring new innovative ways to alleviate regional hunger for more than 400,000 neighbors in the bi-state region," said St. Louis Area Foodbank President and CEO, Meredith Knopp. "This new relationship is a great example of the region's philanthropic spirit, and we are grateful to the Battlehawks staff and fans for their commitment to our mission to build a nutritionally secure Missouri and Illinois."
As part of Hunger Action Month, representatives of the Battlehawks recently participated in the 9/11 Day Meal Pack, which packaged over 357,000 meals for the St. Louis area.
