St. Louis Ambush News Release

Saint Charles, Missouri - A huge afternoon and evening of soccer awaits fans at the Family Arena, hosted by the St. Louis Ambush this Sunday, February 25, 2024.

The action starts at 2:05 p.m. CT when the Ambush host the Milwaukee Wave in a Major Arena Soccer League game. At halftime of that game, fans will be treated to the popular Mascot Game, featuring mascots from area sports teams (including Fredbird from the St. Louis Cardinals and Louie from the St. Louis Blues) and businesses. Following the Ambush-Wave game the Ambush will host a First Responders Game to benefit Backstoppers of St. Charles. This game will be two 15-minute halves with a five minute halftime. Following the Backstoppers competition, the St. Louis Ambush 2 host the Muskegon Risers in a regulation MASL 2 match. One ticket gets it all, making it an exceptional value for the fans.

Sunday's Ambush-Wave match is the fifth of six games between the two teams slated for the 2023-24 regular season. The Wave won the previous four contests and the Ambush are aching for a win against their eastern division rivals.

St. Louis comes into Sunday's game at 4-10-3 (wins-losses-overtime losses) on the season, while Milwaukee is enjoying a better record at 10-5-2. Each team lost their last outing and are 2-3 in their last five games so if recent trends remain on Sunday, the duel could be a closely-fought affair.
