Shreveport-Bossier Captains News Release
The Shreveport Sports of the Central Baseball League have announced the signing of pitcher Ian Doiron (E-an) (Dwa-ron), a former member of the LSU-S Pilots
The 23-year old pitched last season for the Baton Rouge River Bats in the Southeastern League where he had a record of 2-1 with a 4.05 ERA in four starts.
The righthander was selected first team All-Gulf Coast Conference his senior year at LSU-S, leading the conference with a 2.90 ERA. In two years at LSU-S, the native of Houma, Louisiana compiled a record of 10-6.
