Sporting Kansas City will resume the regular season campaign against the Colorado Rapids at 8:30 p.m. CT on Saturday at DICK'S Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Colorado.

The Western Conference match-up will be available to watch in English and Spanish on Apple TV while pub partners across the Sporting Pub Network will also show all of the action. In addition, local radio coverage will air on Sports Radio 810 WHB and La Grande 1340 AM.

SKC BACKPACK DRIVE: Sporting Kansas City is supporting Hope Center KC and Bethel Neighborhood Center with the club's annual Adopt a Backpack School Supply Drive this week. Sporting KC staff members will assemble 150 adidas backpacks from 2-3:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Sporting Park for local elementary, middle and high school students.

The KC Cauldron invites fans to help paint the supporters group's biggest tifo of the season ahead of Sporting Kansas City's next home match on Aug. 19 against rivals St. Louis CITY SC. The Cauldron will be painting the tifo beginning at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday inside the loading dock at Sporting Park with parking available in the Red Lot prior to entering through the stadium Security Entrance.

Sporting Kansas City Season Ticket Members and members of Sporting KC supporters groups are eligible to receive complimentary tickets for Sporting away matches. Away ticket requests for Sporting's upcoming road trip to play Houston Dynamo FC on Sept. 26 at Shell Energy Stadium will open this Friday.

This Friday is the deadline for boys and girls teams in the U8/U9 (2019/2018) to U14/U15 (2013/2012) to register for the Sporting Classic powered by Verizon. The Sporting KC Youth Soccer tournament will be held from Sept. 11-13 at Central Bank Sporting Complex, Compass Minerals Sporting Fields and Compass Minerals National Performance Center. The Sporting KC Academy U-15's will compete in the Copa Rayados tournament at Creve Couer Park Soccer Complex in Saint Louis this weekend. The U-15's will kick off the competition at 7 p.m. on Friday against St. Louis CITY SC before taking on CF Monterrey at 12 p.m. on Saturday and FC Cincinnati at 9 a.m. on Sunday. Sporting Kansas City II will continue the MLS NEXT Pro campaign against Colorado Rapids 2 at 7 p.m. CT on Saturday at Swope Soccer Village (6310 Lewis Rd.) in Kansas City, Missouri with tickets available for only $10 on SeatGeek. Sporting Club co-owner Cliff Illig and Sporting Legend Matt Besler will be inducted into the Kansas Sports Hall of Fame at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday during an induction ceremony held in the Huhtamaki Shield Club at Sporting Park.
