Spitfires Supporting the 4th Annual 24-Hour Bench Talks & Sleep out Event with Reverend Ron Dunn and the Downtown Mission
November 6, 2020 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL)
Windsor Spitfires News Release
Associate Coach Jerrod Smith was able to attend and donate to the 4th Annual 24-Hour Bench Talks & Sleep Out Event with Reverend Ron Dunn and the Downtown Mission. Our donation will be matched by an anonymous donor to help the Downtown Mission.
This initiative is to raise awareness for the homeless in our community. You can join Reverend Ron Dunn. Consider sleeping out for a few hours or the whole night in front of 875 Ouellette Ave along with Ron to gain a better understanding of what so many in our very own community are experiencing.
You can visit the downtown missions website here: https://www.downtownmission.com.
