
SPHL Playoffs Beginning

The Southern Professional Hockey League wrapped up its 56 game regular season schedule yesterday. An exciting and tight race saw the six playoff teams juggle for placement over the last month of the regular season with only ten points separating first from sixth when all was said and done.
The opening, sudden death playoff round, starting Wednesday, March 23rd, features the fourth place Fayettevillle FireAntz hosting the fifth place Columbus Cottonmouths, game starting at 7:35 p.m., and the third place Jacksonville Barracudas are at home against the Huntsville Havoc, with game time at 7:05 p.m.
