
SPHL Announces Suspension

HUNTERSVILLE, NC- The Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) today an- nounced the following suspension: Knoxville's Jake Rivera Knoxville's Jake Rivera has been suspended one game for his actions in Game 193, Knoxville at Peoria, played on Saturday, February 18.
At the 17:43 mark of the first period, Rivera was assessed a match penalty under Rule 48.5, Illegal Check to the Head.
Rivera sat out Knoxville's game against Peoria on Sunday, February 19.
