Spartans To Hold Thursday Press Conference

La Crosse, WI: The La Crosse Spartans front office invites members of the area sports media and community to a press conference and information sharing session at the newly unveiled team headquarters this Thursday, February 11th. The team plans to introduce additions to the coaching staff, provide information regarding broadcasting of all Spartans 2010 games, and to announce an additional player signing in anticipation of Training Camp set to begin this Friday at UW-La Crosse.
Also among the attendees will be Head Coach and former Green Bay Packers great, Gilbert Brown. He will be on hand to answer questions regarding the team's roster, outlook on the rest of the Central North Division, and his goals for the team as it begins its first season in the Indoor Football League.
Snacks and appetizers will be provided at 10:30 AM, with informal announcements and a question and answer session to follow at 11:00 AM sharp. "We are very excited to exhibit our new team office to the local media and show the city of La Crosse that the Spartans are here to stay," stated Co-Owner Chris Kokalis. "The players and staff are ready for training camp to start on Friday, and we can't wait to get our inaugural season underway."
