Utah Snowbears News Release

Salt Lake City, UT -- The ABA Utah Snowbears improved to 5-0 with a 119-105 win over Fresno. Depth and defense were the keys to Utah as Ike Austin's Snowbears used its entire roster and got seven or more points from eight players and put away the game with a late 12-0 run with its starters back in the game. Utah was led by Harold "The Show" Arceneaux, who scored 11 points down the stretch to finish with 23. Adam Parada scored 6 points in the 4th quarter and ended with 23 also. Tyrone Hayes added 17.

Fresno stayed close in the second half with Myron Allen dropping in 17 first half points; Demetrius Porter had 14 in the half and Fresno trailed 57-50 at the half. Allen had a game high 29, Porter 26.

It was an exciting game with the score 95-92 with 4 minutes left before the Utah starters made the game ending run. The same two teams play tonight in Salt Lake City.
