HOFFMAN ESTATES - The Chicago Slaughter (3-4) fell to the La Crosse Spartans (1-7) with a final score of 29-35 on Friday night. The Spartans led 9-0 after the first quarter but the Slaughter fought back at the start of the second quarter with Jarrett Payton putting the first Slaughter points on the board with a 6-yard push into the end zone.
