
Slammers Open Kiosk at Riverchase Galleria

PELHAM, AL âThe Alabama Slammers announced today that team has opened a year round merchandise kiosk in the Riverchase Galleria.
Located in the Grande Atrium of the Riverchase Galleria, The kiosk will offer a variety of team merchandise including replica jerseys, t-shirts, golf shirts, ball caps, hockey 101 guides, and Slammers game tickets for the upcoming 2003-04 season.
"We're thrilled to finally have the kiosk up and going and in such a prime location," said team vice president, Kevin Simpson. "Our office has been inundated with merchandise requests since we unveiled the team's logo back in August. Fans will now have access to Slammer wear and game tickets 7 days a week in the Riverchase Galleria."
Along with merchandise and ticket sales, The Slammers plan on interacting with fans by holding several team autograph sessions throughout the year at the kiosk to promote the team's identity and the return of professional hockey to the area.
The Slammers kiosk will be open from 10:00 am â 9:00 pm Monday thru Saturday and from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday's.
The Slammers begin play in the WHA2 this October at the Pelham Civic Complex located next to the Oak Mountain Amphitheater.
