SkyHawks Release Manock Lual
December 3, 2013 - National Basketball League of Canada (NBL Canada)
Ottawa SkyHawks News Release
OTTAWA - The Ottawa SkyHawks changed up their roster today, and cut Manock Lual. Lual is an Ottawa native and played for five years with the Prince Edward Island Panthers before signing on with the SkyHawks this fall.
"Manock is a hardworking man," Coach Jaren Jackson said today, after the cut. "It's always hard to see a player go, but he wasn't playing a lot of minutes here. It's only fair for us to provide him with an opportunity to search elsewhere to continue developing his career. We thank him and wish him the best of luck in the future."
Manock has been with the Ottawa SkyHawks since their training camp, and was one of the first to be signed on to the team. The SkyHawks have not yet filled Lual's empty roster spot.
