The Ottawa SkyHawks travelled this weekend to tip-off against the London Lightning on London's home turf at the Budweiser Gardens. TheÃâàSkyhawksÃâàscored a win for the season last week against the HalifaxÃâàRainmen.

The SkyHawks brought theirÃâàgame to London, and made them dance by matching their skill all game.ÃâàThey played a tight game, showing the London Lightning seamless transitions between steals and rebounds.ÃâàThe score was close throughout the game, and theÃâàLightning only pulled ahead by oneÃâàpointÃâàin the end, beating the SkyHawks 98-97.

Forward TirrellÃâàBaines from the SkyHawks said "We were up by 1 in the closing seconds; we did not execute and that costÃâàus the game. We learn and grow;Ãâàit's still early in the season. Now we get ready for Mississauga next Saturday at home."ÃâÃÂ
The SkyHawksÃâàreturn to Ottawa to play the Missisauga Power next Saturday, November 16th. The Missisauga Power is currently sitting with two wins and one loss, and has yet to tip-off against the SkyHawks the regular season.
