Sky Sox Unveil 2015 Schedule and Game Times

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO - With the release of their 2015 Pacific Coast League schedule, the Colorado Springs Sky Sox will look to build on a record-setting season that saw them welcome 350,374 fans to Security Service Field, the highest total in franchise history.

A new era as the top affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers kicks off with an eight-game homestand in Colorado Springs when the Sky Sox host the Nashville Sounds, Triple-A Affiliate of the Oakland Athletics, and the Round Rock Express, Triple-A Affiliate of the Texas Rangers. Fans will have their first opportunity to see the top Brewers prospects on Opening Night against the Sounds on April 9 with first pitch scheduled for 6:35 PM.

Returning in 2015 will be a host of weekly promotions including fan favorites like 50 cent hot dogs on 11 Sundays, nine Kids Eat Free Mondays, 11 $2.00 Tuesdays, and eight $3 Microbrew Thursdays. Combined with the addition of several nights of fantastic national entertainers and fun giveaways throughout the season and Sky Sox baseball continues to be the best and most affordable family entertainment in the Front Range region.

The 2015 season will also feature many popular and exciting specialty promotional nights and will be anchored by 15 fantastic fireworks shows including the spectacular Independence Day show on July 4 and the sixth annual Skyfest Spectacular, the largest fireworks show of the season, on Saturday, September 5.

All the exciting on-field action with the top Brewers prospects will be matched off the field by another year of exciting promotions. The 2015 season will once again feature three theme nights with character appearances, a full storyline and a spectacular postgame fireworks show. Past themes have included Star Wars, Star Trek, X-Men, Batman and the Avengers. A full promotional calendar with featured giveaways and entertainment will be released in early 2015.
