Chicago Sky News Release
CHICAGO - Chicago Sky guard Epiphanny Prince is set to rejoin the team following a standard physical on Friday morning. Prince, entering her fifth season with the Sky, averaged 15.0 ppg in 2013 to help the team finish atop the Eastern Conference (24-10) and earn the first playoff berth in franchise history.
"We're excited to have Epiphanny join us and look forward to her returning to top form," said Sky Head Coach and General Manager Pokey Chatman. "The most important thing is for her to get some practices under her belt and find comfort with her new teammates."
To adhere to the 12 player maximum roster, the Sky has waived guard Aaryn Ellenberg. The 5-foot-7 point guard signed as a free agent to Chicago's training camp on April 21, 2014 and appeared in three regular season games.
