
Six Thunderbolts Named to the All Star Team

Six Lakeland Thunderbolt players were named to the American Indoor Football Associations All Star Team. The five players selected are:
A.J. Bennett a wide receiver in his first year with the Thunderbolts.A.J. is the teams leading receiver.
Junior Louissaint an offensive lineman and second year player for the Thunderbolts.
Terrance Royal a defensive end in his first year with the Thunderbolts.
Larry Thompson a defensive back who leads the league in interceptions with 21. This is Larry's first year with the Thunderbolts.
Otheese Wells a defensive back in his second year with the Thunderbolts
Jermaine Blakely a Fullback in his first year.
The All Star game will be played in Florence S.C. on June 22nd.
"I am proud of our players for making the team. We have many talented players who were considered but the selection was limited to no more then five per team" Head Coach Teddy Keaton said.
