The Sioux Falls Storm, 2005 National Champions of United Indoor Football (UIF), is pleased to announce that they will be holding an open player try-out on Saturday, December 10, 2005, at the Empire Golf & Sport Dome located at 1601 W. 44th Place (behind ShopKo on 41st St.). Registration will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the tryouts will start at 7:00 p.m. sharp. The fee for the tryout will be $40.00 if you register by Thursday, December 8. Any registration forms received after December 8th will be $50.00. Registration forms can be picked up at the Sioux Falls Storm office or at www.siouxfallsstorm.com. Forms need to be mailed or dropped off at the Storm office at: Sioux Falls Storm, attn: Coach Kurtiss Riggs, 1910 S. Minnesota Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57105. Players are required to wear a T-shirt, shorts, sweats, and turf shoes, NO helmets or shoulder pads will be needed for the tryout. Players will be evaluated on a 40-yard dash, 20-yard shuttle, vertical jump, pro-agility, and various position specific drills. Athletes who need hotel accommodations, please contact the Storm office for recommendations at (605) 332-4225. Become a member of the 2005 UIF Champions, the Sioux Falls Storm, and help defend the title!
