The Oklahoma City Barons, American Hockey League affiliate of the Edmonton Oilers, will begin selling single-game tickets tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. at all Ticketmaster outlets, the team's front office announced today.

Single game tickets range in price from $14 to $36 and are available at all Ticketmaster outlets including the Cox Convention Center Box Office (located in the northeast lobby), online at ticketmaster.com and by phone at 1-800-745-3000. Tickets purchased on the day of the game are subject to a $2 day-of-game charge.

"This is an exciting day for our team," said Prodigal LLC owner Bob Funk Jr. "The question most often asked after when is the schedule coming out is when will single-game tickets go on sale. Thanks to the staff at Ticketmaster and the Cox Convention Center box office for their diligent work in finishing this project. We look forward to seeing everyone at the first game on October 9."

The Barons home opener at the newly renovated Cox Convention Center against the Houston Aeros is just 32 days away. Fans may still purchase season tickets, flex packs and mini plans by calling the Barons office at 232-GOAL.

In operation since 1936, the AHL continues to serve as the top development league for the players, coaches, managers, executives and broadcasters of all 30 National Hockey League teams.
