John Dahl and Riley Armstrong each tallied goals and goaltender Jeff Harvey made 25 saves as the Everett Silvertips slide past the Spokane Chiefs 2-1 at the Everett Events Center on Wednesday night. With the win, the Silvertips move to 21-17-7-1.
Spokane outshot Everett 26-24 in the hockey game. The Tips' went 0 for 4 on the power play and the Chiefs went 0 for 4 on the extra man advantage. The Silvertips will hit the road and play a pair of games against the Prince George Cougars on Friday and Saturday night at the Prince George Multiplex in Prince George, B.C. Both games start at 7:30 p.m.
