(TROY,OH)- The Silverbabes have a new leader. Courtney Cunningham was hired to coach and choreograph the 2007 Silverbabes Dance Team. Cunningham joins the Silverbacks front office staff after serving as a member of the 2006 Silverbabes Dance Team.

"Courtney brings so much energy to the front office and that will add great value to our product and staff. She shares our vision for the Silverbabes, and I am excited to see the squad that she will put together. I believe that she has the ability and drive to become a top-notch dance team coach," commented Silverbacks General Manager Matt King.

Cunningham, a senior political science/pre-law major at Wright State University, has a well-rounded resume, including many years of dance and coaching experience. She still coaches squads for younger girls and is excited about the opportunity to lead the Silverbabes.

"I'm so thrilled to join the Silverbacks and have the opportunity to help the Silverbabes become an exciting and entertaining dance team," commented Cunningham. "I really enjoyed dancing with the Silverbabes last season and look forward to all the opportunities we'll have for next season."

Cunningham will be planning for the 2007 Silverbabe auditions, which will be held later this fall. Auditions will be announced on the team's web site.
