Silverbabes to hold tryouts

The Miami Valley Silverbabes will be holding tryouts for anyone 18 and older interested in being a part of the 2009 squad.
Tryouts will be held on Saturday, Dec. 13 at Good Samaritan North Health Center (9000 N. Main Street) in Dayton, Ohio from 1pm until 4pm, and will consist of four categories: questionnaire, interview, modeling , and dance skills. This tryout will also be the first opportunity for prospective Silverbabes to meet the new Silverbabes Director, Tasa Blackmon, and assistant choreographer, Tonika Heath.
Registration will begin at noon. Ladies interested in trying out can pre-register for $20 (cash, check or credit card) until Dec. 12 either online at www.silverbacksfootball.com, by phone at (937) 718-7044, or in person at 1320 Woodman Drive, Suite 100, Dayton, Oh. Registration on the day of tryouts will be $25 and will be payable by cash or money order only.
Tryouts will consist of a preliminary, semi, and final round. Cuts will be made twice throughout the process. The following are required in order to audition:
-completed application
-registration fee (if not pre-registered)
-flattering swimsuit
-dance attire (cropped top/sports bra and dance briefs or lycra shorts)
-full body and head shot photograph
Applicants should come to tryouts in business casual attire. The complete process will consist of the following:
-Registration
-Filling out brief questionnaire
-Interview
-Modeling (in swimsuit)
-dance audition (in appropriate dance attire)
The Silverbabes are responsible for performing at all home games and doing various promotional appearances throughout the season as well as attending practices.
