Coach Delafuente's philosophy is simple and straight forward. It centers on his military background! "I always take charge and complete my missions to the best of my ability and for that, my seniors selected me for important positions. While in the service, I placed great interest in sports activities such as marathons, triathlons, and biathlons, and that is why I decided to get into fitness and exercise. To this day, I live by and follow the Ranger creed and standards to always strive to be the best and lead the way. On a daily basis, and through my fitness program, I teach people the same, I always expect nothing but the best of my clients and athletes I train, and I set the example for others to follow. I intend to bring this kind of message to the professional basketball players that I work with within the RGV Silverados Professional Basketball Franchise!"
