January 13, 2009 (Albany, NY) - It's "Showtime" for the Patroons with the signing of Dayll "Showtime" Hill. The 5'11 Point Guard was a standout at St. John's, earning All-Big East 3rd Team. He is said to be known as a New York City playground legend and a fixture on the New York City hoops summer cirut which includes Nike Pro City and the Nike Hyperdunk Challenge. He is also the cousin of Los Angeles Clippers standout Lamar Odom.
To make room for "Showtime", Albany released Center Anthony Washington.
The next Patroons home game is this Thursday, January 15th when they face the NYC Internationalz. The Patroons are currently 2-1 vs. NYC.
