Rochester RazorSharks News Release
In a game that was tight throughout, the Quebec Kebs squared their Premier Basketball League playoff series with the Rochester RazorSharks 98-88. The Sharks playing with just eight players, ran out of gas in the fourth quarter. The Kebs won the final 12 minutes of the game 24-12. They scored 10 of the first 11 points of the quarter to pull away to a seven point lead and never looked back.
Mike Williams scored 21 points for the Sharks who led after three-quarters 76-74.
Rochester played shorthanded. The Sharks lost two key players to passport issues at the Canadian border on Tuesday. Point guard Jerice Crouch and forward Sammy Monroe are not presently with the team in Quebec.
Quebec's victory forces a deciding third game of the series on Friday night.
